- Missed appointments may still be chargeable.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Prices are communicated before work begins.
- Payment may be required in advance or after service delivery, depending on the service.
- Invoices must be paid within the timeframe shown on the invoice.
- Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis. Once work has started, refunds may not be available.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information relevant to the service.
- Ensure you have permission to grant remote access where required.
- Back up important data before a support session.
We are not responsible for data loss caused by pre-existing issues, device faults, or third-party software.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we take reasonable care, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, issues caused by third-party software/services, or problems arising from information supplied by the client. Nothing in these terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
