Warranty Policy
- General Coverage
At Peacehaven Tech Services, I am committed to providing high-quality services and ensuring customer satisfaction. All my repair and maintenance services come with a limited warranty to protect you from issues arising due to faulty workmanship or defective parts. - Warranty Duration
- On-site and Remote Support Services: I offer a 14-day warranty on all repairs. If the same issue reoccurs within this period, I will resolve it at no additional charge.
- Return-to-Base Repairs: I offer a 30-day warranty on repairs completed at my service centre. If any parts replaced during the repair become defective within this period, I will replace or repair them free of charge.
- Parts Warranty
All parts provided and installed by Peacehaven Tech Services are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. In case of failure, I will facilitate the replacement of faulty parts according to the manufacturer’s terms. - Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Issues caused by software or operating system updates that occur after the service has been completed.
- Problems resulting from user error, including accidental damage, spills, or improper use.
- Pre-existing conditions that were not addressed during the original service.
- Any third-party modifications or unauthorized repairs carried out after my service.
- Claims Process
To make a warranty claim, please contact Peacehaven Tech Services by phone or email within the applicable warranty period. Provide proof of service (such as your invoice) and a detailed description of the issue. I will arrange an appointment for on-site support or advise if return-to-base support is required. - Limitations of Liability
My liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty parts or services. Peacehaven Tech Services is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, equipment downtime, or lost revenue.
This policy ensures clarity on what is covered and how you can address issues while also protecting my business from unreasonable claims.
