Remote Email Support Rates

£30 per 30 minutes (minimum session)
£15 per 15 minutes after that

We’ll guide you through sign-in where possible. If a password must be entered, you can type it yourself while we look away, and you remain in control of the session at all times.
Do I need to install anything for remote support?
Usually it’s just a quick download to allow the secure connection. We’ll guide you through it, and nothing stays running after the session ends.
